To Create Renditions of Files within a Document

Open the document or document copy containing the files you want to create renditions of.
Expand the Files topic, right-click the source file (typically the Master or Secondary Master copy) and select Render.
The Create Rendition dialog opens.
From the Rendition Output Format list, select which file format you want the rendition(s) to be.
(Optional) Turn on Watermark if you want the rendition(s) to contain a watermark.
Click OK.

The renditions are created and added to the Files topic. Refresh (<F5>) the list if needed.

Note: You can monitor the status of the rendition job from AssetWise System Management Console (Communities > Community Name > Queues > Rendition).
